On Time Air is a local heating and air conditioning company started in 2019 to serve Savannah and the surrounding areas. Owners, Bryan Donaldson and Sarah Mallett strive to provide the best customer service possible with a hands-on approach to any HVAC problem and they work hard to find quality solutions for their customers. Bryan brings more than 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He can often be found in the field working side by side with our technicians, to ensure all our customer's needs are met. Sarah brings years of office management and customer service. If you have ever called On Time Air, chances are you have spoken with Sarah! In addition to our owners, On Time Air is proudly staffed by some of the best technicians in the field. Sarah Mallett
Born and raised in Thunderbolt, Georgia, Sarah has always called the Low Country home. When she is not working, Sarah is always happy to spend time with her family and her goldendoodle, Sunny. From spending the day at the beach at Tybee with her daughters to spending the weekend in Florida with family, Sarah is always on the go!
Bryan Donaldson
Bryan has been a Savannah resident for 11 years and resides on Wilmington Island. In addition to understanding customer HVAC issues or concerns, Bryan is also passionate about finding and designing custom home comfort solutions to fit their specific needs. In his spare time, Bryan loves spending time outdoors. Camping, boating, hunting, and fishing are among the many activities he enjoys doing regularly with his family.
