“Bryan, Sarah, and the rest of the One Time Air team were great during the entire process of getting our AC unit fixed. We had several unique issues due to an electrical surge from a storm, but their team was able to provide a quick and thorough diagnosis of the needed repairs. Due to the high cost of the fix, they even gave us the option of a cheaper patch repair until we had the funds to finish it properly. Their staff was friendly, professional, and extremely diligent. They made the time to come finish the repairs in the evening to have our system up and running again as fast as possible without us asking. Few businesses go above and beyond like that. They also removed the cost of a maintenance service that we will not be needing since we will be selling soon. I had a busy week and didn’t catch. That kind of integrity says alot about a company’s trust and values. I highly recommend them for any HVAC issues.”
